Frequently asked questions

Do I need to live in Bulgaria already?+

Not always. EU citizens can work in Bulgaria without restrictions. For other nationalities you must hold a valid Bulgarian work permit. We can arrange shared accommodation for the season for candidates coming from another country.

Is the work seasonal or year-round?+

Most positions are seasonal (May–October) because our occupancy peaks in summer. Some core roles can extend year-round for the right candidate. Deep cleaning roles are project-based at season boundaries.

How much is the pay?+

Pay depends on the role, experience, and whether accommodation is included. We share the exact rate during the interview — we don't publish it because the package is personalized. Hourly and per-apartment rates are both available.

Is my CV and photo data safe?+

Yes. Your data is stored on our server in Bulgaria and used only for this hiring process. We do not share it with third parties. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at the contact address.

What if I don't speak English well?+

Bulgarian or Russian is enough for most internal communication. The coordinator speaks Bulgarian, English, Russian and basic Romanian and Turkish. Guests mostly communicate via reception, not directly with housekeeping.
