We provide a monthly report with bookings, income, expenses and the net amount for the owner.
When are owner payouts made?+
Payouts are made on a regular schedule defined in the management agreement, typically monthly after the reporting cycle closes.
What happens if a guest damages something?+
Damages are documented and addressed through the booking platform's protection or the security deposit, in line with platform rules.
Do you work with owners living outside Bulgaria?+
Yes. A large part of our work is exactly with owners who live abroad.
What if I already have an agreement with another management company?+
Please review your existing agreement first. We start cooperation only when your current commitments allow it, to avoid legal conflicts.
Can we start with only one season?+
Yes. We can start with a single season and extend cooperation if both sides are satisfied.
